What we collect
- Your phone number. It is your account. We verify it with a one-time code.
- Your name, and anything optional you add to your profile.
- What you put in. Your cars, fuel fills, expenses, service reminders, race results, event RSVPs, and photos.
- The technical basics. Device and log data that keeps the site working and safe.
What we use it for
- Signing you in and keeping your account yours.
- Sending the messages you asked for: sign-in codes and event reminders, by SMS or WhatsApp.
- Running and improving the product.
- Keeping the platform safe: spotting abuse and fake activity.
What stays private
Your Journal (fuel, costs, service history) is never public. No switch makes it public.
Your public page is off by default. Until you turn it on, strangers see nothing. When you do turn it on, you choose what appears: each car and your race record have their own switches.
Your phone number is never shown on your profile.
What we never do
- We will use your data to improve the service we give you, but we will never sell your data to anyone.
- We never post anything on your behalf.
- We never message you for the sake of messaging you.
- We strip location data (EXIF) from every photo you upload.
Where your data lives
On managed cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit. Photos are stored separately from your account data. We keep backups so a mistake can be undone.
Your controls
- Edit or remove anything you added, any time.
- Turn your public page on or off, any time.
- Change your phone number, verified by code, in Settings.
- Delete your account in Settings. Your data goes with it; photos are purged from storage shortly after.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll say so on this page and update the date at the top.
Questions
Signed in? The fastest route is Support in your sidebar, or Report an issue in your account menu. Both land straight on our desk, and you can follow yours on the Support screen. Otherwise, use the contact form. It reaches the same people, no email address needed.
